Together with the Municipality of Hatvan and the law firm representing it, we worked on the case of the Hatvan fly-ash heap. Improper management had caused persistent unpleasant odours in the area, provoking justified outrage among residents, and the city took action.
As independent experts, we prepared an expert opinion and supported the case with advisory services, linking the technical issues with the legal arguments.
