Comprehensive Construction

Comprehensive Construction – One Contract, One Point of Responsibility

With a complex project, it's usually not the work itself that's difficult – it's the organization: who to call, when they should show up, and who's responsible if the earthworks and the electrician's schedule don't line up. That's not the client's job here. We coordinate the different trades ourselves and, as general contractor, see the project through from the very first site visit to technical handover.

What Does This Mean in Practice?

You sign one contract with us, coordinate with one person, and get one deadline. You don't need to find your own excavator operator, concrete worker, electrician, and fence builder, you don't need to schedule them, and you don't need to worry if one of the trades falls behind. Coordination, scheduling, and responsibility stay on our side.

We operate as a family business based in Nógrád County. That means our decision-making process is short, and there's no layer in the organization where a question can get stuck. What we take on, we see through to the end.

Pipes and materials prepared on site

A well-organized project begins with the materials delivered to the site: pipes, cables, and other materials are secured in advance, timed to match the work phases, so there is neither idle time nor congestion on site.

What We Take On

Coordinating and scheduling trades – the individual work phases follow one another in a logical sequence, without unnecessary waiting.

Organizing subcontractors – we select the specialists, bring them on board, and oversee their work.

Official and utility administration – we take permitting and utility coordination off the client's shoulders.

On-site work with our own fleet – we carry out the earthworks and civil engineering portion with our own machinery and our own operators.

Project management through to handover – preparation, execution, documentation, handover. With a single point of contact, from start to finish.

Example of a Complex Project – Full Construction of a Livestock Facility

A facility investment alone involves five to six different trades. In cases like this, we handle the following together:

  • construction of covered shelters
  • installation of the watering system
  • construction of internal roads
  • fence construction
  • bringing in electrical power – including utility coordination and full administrative handling
  • the related earthworks and land grading
Trench being dug by hand on site

Alongside the machine work, manual detail work is also part of the process – here a drainage trench is being formed; the machine has already completed the large-volume earthworks, while the finer details are done by hand.

The client signed one contract, used one phone number, and took over one finished facility.

How We Work

Timber-framed building at the end of construction

Handover doesn't mean the end of the work for us – we keep an eye on the completed structure until the project is fully closed out, and carry out any minor follow-up work if needed.

  • Local governments and their institutions – public space, site, and infrastructure investments
  • Agricultural businesses and farmers – facilities, roads, watering systems, land grading
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises – site development, expansion, renovation
  • Hunting associations, nature conservation, and water management organizations
