A Family Business from Balassagyarmat
Gyenes Natura Solutions Kft. is a family business. Our registered office is in Balassagyarmat, and our site is located in Csesztve-Galibapuszta.
We take on two types of work: environmental and urban operations expert services, as well as construction and maintenance contracting.
We provide our expert services nationwide. High-altitude and industrial maintenance – such as tower painting and corrosion protection – is also carried out across the entire country. We handle our construction and civil engineering projects in Nógrád, Heves, and Pest counties.

Expert Services – Szilárd Gyenes
Environmental and waste management expertise, analysis of municipal operations, recultivation and action plans, support in regulatory proceedings. Szilárd has spent nearly three decades in this field: in environmental and waste management executive roles, as project manager and work organization leader of the Green Bridge Program, and as deputy mayor of the city of Gödöllő. He knows municipal operations from more than just the outside.
We work together with experts across multiple specialized fields, so we can provide a comprehensive answer even for more complex tasks.
Expert Services →Construction – Hunor Gyenes
Earthworks and civil engineering, high-altitude and industrial maintenance, construction and utility infrastructure works. We work with our own team and our own fleet of machinery, while trade-specific tasks are handled by our regular network of partners. One contract, one point of responsibility – we carry out general contracting in full.
Construction →Where We Started
The business began with a boat.
We founded the company in 2020, as a limited partnership – under the name TATN-HAJÓ Bt., which can still be found today in the public company records. At the time, our father, after 28 years spent largely in public service, changed careers, and our first joint project was building a boat. In a place where even suitable boating waters are some distance away. We needed something that would carry us into a different world – earlier that had been flying, now it was boats.
This project is still ongoing today. In the meantime, though, requests started coming in, and our scope of activities gradually took shape into what it is today: earthworks and civil engineering, high-altitude maintenance, utility infrastructure construction, alongside expert consulting work. Every new task brought something new to learn – and that learning process hasn't stopped since.
In the summer of 2026, we converted into a limited liability company, under the name Gyenes Natura Solutions Kft.
Our Developments
We don't just work on commission – we also have our own in-house developments.
- Boat Building ProjectWe built the prototype and put it in the water. Based on the findings from the on-water trials, the project is currently in the design phase.
- Mobile Solar-Powered Watering SystemAn in-house developed system that operates without a grid connection, for watering livestock kept on pasture. We have one well-established base model that covers most of the demand we encounter, and it can be relocated as pastures change.
Returning Clients
A significant portion of our commissions come from clients we've already worked with before: local governments, agricultural businesses, farms, hunting associations, state bodies, and private individuals. This is the most honest feedback a contractor can receive.
